Farbano always makes every effort to ensure that all orders reach our customers across the country in perfect condition and without damage. Given the safe and standard packaging of all shipments, delivery to any reputable shipping company selected by the user and the announcement of the shipment’s waybill number (which is entered in the shopping cart and communicated via text message) means that any incident during transportation and delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company. Farbano will only compensate for damages if the shipping company confirms the claim and, to facilitate the follow-up process.
